Delivery times provided above are estimated based on information provided by UPS for packages sent Express Saver.
Sasha & Jo will process orders within 24 hours of confirmation, but does not take responsibility for any delays, errors or losses caused by UPS. Once we ship your product, we will send you a reference number for you to be able to track your shipment anytime.
Products ordered on Thursday after 1PM GST, as well as products ordered on Friday, will be processed the following Saturday. Once the order has been processed the delivery address can't be changed without contacting Sasha & Jo directly at info@sasha-jo.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates can be subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import and this is 100% the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Sasha & Jo. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Once the order has been processed the delivery address can't be changed without contacting Sasha & Jo directly at info@sasha-jo.com.
