At Sasha & Jo we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with each and every purchase and we always ensure strict quality controls before sending every bracelets. For this reason, all purchases made on our website are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded or cancelled.
In the unlikelihood that you receive a defective product, please don’t worry we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability and receipt of the returned defective product.
All we need is for you to first notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of order delivery with a clear photograph as proof of the damage/defect will be required. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, and have remained in the original packaging (box + pouch). If all these conditions are met, please ship your product back to us using a registered courier/postal service. Once the package has been delivered back to us, we will send you a replacement bracelet or issue a full refund should that item be out of stock.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with and or not sent back in its original packaging.
Finally, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
