HOW CAN I JOIN THE SASHA & JO CLUB?
You can become a Member simply after logging in and earning 100 reward points from our online store either by purchasing or following activities. The Sasha & Jo Club allows an account holder to accumulate and redeem reward points, on an individual basis and solely for your own account.
In order to be able to access and redeem the reward points you have earned, simply log in to your account through our Sasha & Jo online store.

The Sasha & Jo Club has three tiers which are determined by the number of reward points that you accumulate within one year (365 days) whether with spend and non-spend qualifying activities in your account.
By creating your account you will be automatically enrolled in the Sasha & Jo Club at the Silver Member Tier.
- Silver Status 100 - 1999 Points: Congratulations, you are officially part of the Sasha & Jo Club! You can now enjoy all our exclusive perks as a member and as a welcome treat we will send you 1 wax cord bracelet the colour of your choice from our Friendship Collection after your first purchase! You also qualify for discounts depending on the total points accumulated and 100 points reward.
- Gold Status 2000 - 3999 Points: Amazing, you’re on a roll! You have reached 2000 points! As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty and all your hard work, on your next purchase you will be able to chose any bracelet of a maximum value of 35 USD. You also now qualify for discounts depending on the total points accumulated and 250 points reward. You’re on your way to our next level!

HOW DO I EARN REWARD POINTS?

Reward points are deposited into your account and are only available for purchases or activities made via sasha-jo.com.
You will receive points for purchasing products on sasha-jo.com.
Reward points will be awarded to your account and reflected in your point balance as soon as your order or activity is completed.
In the event of a product being returned for a refund to the original payment method, reward points will be deducted from your account for the amount of return net of taxes, shipping and handling as soon as the product is received.
Your reward points balance may become negative if the dollar amount returned is greater than your current redeemable point balance.
BY ENGAGING ON SOCIAL MEDIA...
As a Sasha & Jo Club Member you can earn reward points by also spreading the word!
All we need is for our members to share the love of our bracelets via social media. There are many different Qualified Activities on social media that will earn you reward points so make sure to check out the Qualified Activities reward points scheme.
To engage on social media and share or repost any eligible social media posts by Sasha & Jo, make sure to first log into sasha-.com to be eligible to earn points.
Please note that your Sasha & Jo Club account must be connected to your applicable social media accounts in order to earn points. As with other Qualified Activities, there may be limitations placed on how often and/or how many total points you can earn by completing any social media Qualified Activity, and any such limitations will be stated in the Qualified Activities reward points scheme.
Please bare in mind that the objective of the Sasha & Jo Club is not only to bring new clients but also share the Sasha & Jo love! All of our Members & Followers are part of the family and we do not support any bullying or aggressive communication between Members or Followers.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY REWARD POINTS?
You can access and redeem the reward points you have earned against discounts or/and products simply by logging in to your account through our Sasha & Jo online store. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at all times.
We will send you emails notifications any time you move up to the next tier.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE SASHA & JO CLUB REWARD UPDATES?
There are no set timelines in which we send out emails, from time to time we will send you updates on offers and product changes/information.
The following are program updates we usually communicate to you:
- Sasha & Jo Club joining & acceptance.
- Change in Tier status which includes total reward points accumulated.
- Order processing and tracking.
CAN REWARD POINTS BE USED WITH DISCOUNT CODES?
No, we can only accept either reward points or a discount code separately. Your code cannot be combined with any other discount or reward points at checkout.
DO I HAVE TO REACH ANY SORT OF TARGETS?
Absolutely not, being part of the Sasha & Jo Club already gives you access to great perks. Being a member is meant to be fun, it is all up to you to decide how involved you want to be. It goes without saying that proactive individuals on Instagram will earn more points and therefore more rewards.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SASHA & JO MEMBERSHIP?
You can cancel your Sasha & Jo Club membership account at any time!
Don’t worry if you no longer want to be part of the Sasha & Jo Club, just send us an email at info@sasha-jo.com and we will cancel your membership account. We thank you for your loyalty and wish you the best, no hard feelings!
WHAT ARE THE SASHA & JO RULES?
- You must be minimum 18 to be a Member.
- You must log in to our "Join The Club" and earn 100 reward points from our Sasha & Jo online store either by purchasing or following activities.
- Individual referral discount codes are assigned to named Sasha & Jo Club Member, please do not share these on any social media platform. Failure to comply will result in the immediate removal from our Sasha & Jo Club and account cancellation.
- Do not add your Member referral discount code to other sites. We check these sites frequently. If we find your Member referral discount code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for removal from the Sasha & Jo Club and account cancellation.
- The objective of the Sasha & Jo Club is not only to bring new clients but also share the Sasha & Jo love!
